This is a simulation modeling tool.
Rand Model Designer is a high-performance visual environment for the modeling and simulation of multi-domain component models. This modeling system offers a user-friendly, high-level, object-oriented modeling language for fast and efficient design of complex models. The modeling language is designed for users whose expertise is applications, not computer science. This tool helps avoid the experimenters learning a computer language to be able to simulate his system. The behavior and structure of the simulated system, and event-driven changes within it, are described through user-friendly mathematical language and diagrams. This is meant for Windows based systems and is compatible with Windows XP, VISTA, Windows 7 and Windows 8 operating systems. This object oriented tool lets you build component libraries, which can be modified, reused and exchanged. The new projects could be built using these libraries very quickly. The executable code is automatically generated.
The modeling environment supports non-causal, causal, and composite connections between model units. It is thus possible for the model to replicate the technological scheme of the modeled system fairly accurately. Stochastic models are supported. To help debug the model easily, the product supports visual debugging, the visualization of simulation data, 2-dimensional and 3-dimensional animation. Built-in tools for interactive user interface through indicators and controls lets you use independent program products and computer simulators. The types of systems you could simulate include models of multi-component, continuous, discrete and hybrid (continuous-discrete) systems. Modeling of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, liquid hydraulic systems, gas systems and controls systems are easily implemented. This is an excellent tool.
